1. Beta / Early Access

Marnitus is currently in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uptime during this phase.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or older. Keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Marnitus to generate illegal content, harassment, malware, spam, CSAM, or content that infringes others' rights. Don't reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or abuse the AI providers behind us.

4. Ownership of generated content

You own the outputs you generate, subject to applicable law. We claim no copyright over your generations. You're responsible for ensuring outputs comply with your jurisdiction and use case.

5. Credits & subscriptions

Free accounts include 10 credits. Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited generations and premium tools. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscription refunds follow our refund policy.

6. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your use case. Review before publishing. Marnitus isn't liable for damages caused by use of generated content.

7. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marnitus's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes

We'll notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
