1. What we collect
Account data (email, name), generation inputs and outputs you create, and basic usage telemetry (timestamps, tool used). We do not collect payment card numbers — payment processors handle those directly.
2. How we use it
To run the product, personalize generations with your writing style, debug issues, and improve Marnitus. We do not sell your data. We do not train third-party models on your inputs or outputs.
3. AI processing
Generations are sent to AI model providers through the Lovable AI Gateway. Inputs are processed transiently to return your output and are not used to train models. Outputs are stored in your account history until you delete them.
4. Data retention
Your account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. Deleting your account removes profile data and generation history within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate logs may be kept longer for security audits.
5. Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing support@marnitus.app. EU/UK residents have full GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled by Lovable Cloud with industry-standard hashing and session management.
7. Changes
We'll notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
