Refund Policy

Subscription refunds
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid billing cycle if you've used 5 or fewer premium generations. Email support@marnitus.app from the address on your account.
Renewals
Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges — your access continues until the end of the current period.
Credits
Free-tier credits and any bonus credits are non-refundable, as they have no monetary value. Credits consumed by failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance — you should never be charged for a generation that didn't return output.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under your local law (EU, UK, India, etc.). Where local law mandates a longer refund window, that law applies.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve nearly all issues directly. Reach out here.
